Sir Dave Brailsford, Manchester United‘s chief executive is set to take a reduced role at the Red Devils. Although Brailsford will remain on the football club’s board. The 61-year-old will focus his energy on his wider role as sporting director at Ineos.

Brailsford has played a key role in United’s transformation since Sir Jim Ratcliffe bought a minority stake in the club in December 2023.  แทงบอล UFABET ราคาดีที่สุด ไม่มีขั้นต่ำ

Brailsford is leading the push to transform United’s Carrington training centre. Which is due to be fully completed in August.

However, despite his appearances being criticised by many. Brailsford remains close to Ratcliffe and will be involved with United somewhat. But not as much as before.

The Red Devils believe they have a strong football leadership group in place. Led by chief executive Omar Berrada, and also including recruitment director Christopher Vivell. Technical director Jason Wilcox and director of football negotiations Matt Hargreaves.

Brailsford, former performance director at British Cycle, has stepped down as boss of Ineos Greenadiers after Ratcliffe bought a controlling stake in Manchester United, having controlled the team since its formation as Team Sky in 2010.

Sir Dave Brailsford’s role at Old Trafford raised questions from the moment it was announced that. He would be part of the club’s hierarchy following Ratcliffe’s partial takeover.
